Damages and Returns

Damaged or Lost Product Guarantee
We guarantee your order will arrive in excellent condition. In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, please email us photos of the damage, shipping box and shipping label to info@molliemarigold.com so we can begin the process of replacing your order with a new copy of the same product(s). Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages, carrier tracking will be used to issue a replacement. We cannot guarantee replacement of packages after receiving confirmation of delivery from the carrier. Damaged or lost items must be replaced with the same product(s) and cannot be exchanged. 

Returns and Exchanges
Prior to ordering, please be sure to select the correct size and style. We are a small business and all products are made-to-order so unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges (all sales are final). That said, if you have any questions before ordering please don't hesitate to contact us-we're here to help! 

Changing Orders in Process
We typically start production on each item with our supplier partners as soon as it's ordered so there is limited time to make changes. Please be certain of size and style details before placing your order! If you do find that you made an error, email us at info@molliemarigold.com and we'll make every effort to help correct it (but we cannot guarantee our ability to do so).

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends upon your specific order details. We estimate 7-10 days for production and shipping for prints and 2-3 weeks for originals. We will do our best to get your order to you even quicker if possible! We cannot be responsible for transit delays by our carriers, and will help resolve any delays with them to the best of our ability.
