Returns and Exchanges
Prior to ordering, please be sure to select the correct size and style as unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges (all sales are final). That said, if you have any questions before ordering please don't hesitate to contact us! We're here to help make sure you're confident in you purchase. We appreciate your understanding!

Changing Orders in Process
We typically start production on each item with our supplier partners as soon as it's ordered so there is limited time to make changes. Please be certain of size and style details before placing your order! If you do find that you made an error, email us at info@molliemarigold.com and we'll make every effort to help correct it (but we cannot guarantee our ability to do so).

Guarantee / Damaged Product Replacement
We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, please email us photos to shop@deanndesigns.com so we can begin the process of replacing your order with a new version of the same product (exchanges for a different item is not permitted). Damage must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery.

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends upon your specific order details. We estimate 1-2 weeks for production and shipping for most of our products and will do our best to get your order to you even quicker if possible! Custom orders may take longer.
